Our intention – in dialogue and discussion with all who believe in freedom – is to build the demand for a future in which we can all live our wholeness.

Discussion groups for how we get to the next social arrangement are needed. Folks with the time and inclination might think of themselves as a think tank for expanding the commons and broadening good fellowship. Your ideas and suggestions will be posted on this site if you share them.
My hope is that we can, as a nation and as a global consciousness, begin putting the issue of "work" on the front burner and forthrightly confront the perceived barriers to getting to our future freedom without bosses – pushing forward the important discussions... ...like: how to expose, oppose and dispose (of) The Hidden Malevolence: AKA Michael Moore's Dilemma; ...like: "What is our responsibility to others?"; ...like: how can we begin Unplugging, i.e. shifting our allegiance away from "the system" to an alternative set of values...to 'reverence'?; ...and: What is "The Responsibility Of The 'Intellectual'"?
What makes the present moment unique is that this obligation is not optional – we have no choice.
At the moment, I'm confronting my own responsibility, posting observations on the page titled, "OTheRLogs From Bedroom Vehicle " while considering whether my responsibility entails wading into advocacy for a local "Power-Down Plan," as discussed in Waking Up, The Plan, Pt. 12 and The Plan, Pt. 13.
Any plan that represents for the future needs to prioritize the self-determination / engagement of folks with no fixed abodes. So far it seems: three moons circle round any NEW Plan To Power-Down.
The feedback on the issues raised by the book posted thus far: Well, all right now, make us know it...
P.S.: someone emailed (10.29.09) to ask that he not be put on a mailing list. My reply:
Hi John. Thank you for writing. If you delve further into the blogs you'll learn that I'm experimenting with the "Bedroom Vehicle," working out of libraries, trying to spread the word that there are no material or technological barriers to ending wage work right now. I have neither the capability nor the interest in compiling mailing lists (perhaps I should make that clear on the website).
The book I've written to try to help explain the imperative of ending wage work, and hopefully help bring about the necessary discussions, Waking Up: Freeing Ourselves From Work, can either be read on the website, downloaded as a pdf, or read in hard copy for those like myself who need the physical book in hand. Let me know if you would like me to mail one to you.
